Kenneth Wang - President
Mr. Wang is the President of U.S. Summit Company where he has been employed for over 35 years. The son of the founder, he represents the second generation of the company’s leadership. He has actively participated in every aspect of the firm’s business since joining the company from a prior career in commercial banking. Ken plays a vital role in the continued success and expansion of U.S. Summit Company, working closely with long-term principals and with new clients. He graduated from MIT where he majored in Economics and received his MBA from Harvard University in 1976.
Darren Wang - Vice President
Mr. Wang is a Vice President of U.S. Summit Company where he participates in general oversight of the firm’s activities, with an emphasis on strategic financial management. He is the grandson of the founder and a member of the family’s third generation to lead the company. Darren previously worked at a real estate private equity fund where he served on the investments and capital markets teams, deploying and raising over $2.5bn of capital. He holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Finance.
Richard J. Pissott - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pissott is the Chief Financial Officer of US Summit Company LP. Rich joined the Summit family ten years ago as Controller. His prior experience has been in both Public and Private Accounting, with a focus in the real estate development industry. He is a CPA, certified in both NY and NJ, and is a member of the AICPA. Rich holds a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University.

Z.K. Wang - Director
Hong Kong
Mr. Wang joined U.S. Summit Company in New York in 1988. He was instrumental in establishing the Company’s LASIK business in China during the 1990’s. Prior to joining the Company he was a mathematics instructor in XinJiang province. Z.K. graduated from XinJiang University with a degree in Mathematics and received a M.S. in Physics from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Sammy Lau - General Manager
Hong Kong & Taiwan
Mr. Lau joined U.S. Summit Company in 1996 as Marketing Director in the Taiwan office, where he was responsible for consumer goods and sports marketing. Sammy relocated to Hong Kong as General Manager in 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Sammy held senior sales and marketing positions with Nestle, Inchcape and Numico. As Vice President of Deltamac in Taiwan, he was responsible for home video licensee rights with the Motion Picture Association of America. He majored in International Relations at the National Taiwan University.
Ong Lam Huat - General Manager
Malaysia
Mr. Ong has served with U.S. Summit Malaysia for over 40 years. L.H. joined the Company in 1968 as a pharmacist and sales executive and was promoted to General Manager in 1973. He created and launched the Company’s proprietary ‘Pureen’ brand of baby products in 1971. Since then he has built and expanded ‘Pureen’ into a household name, culminating with its official designation as a “Super Brand” in Malaysia. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1967 where he received a degree in Pharmacy.
Geok Cheng Lee - General Manager
Singapore
Ms. Lee joined Summit in 2016. She serves as GM of the Singapore operation, and has regional marketing responsibilities for the Pureen brand. Prior to joining Summit, she spent 25 years at Galderma, successfully developing all aspects of the brand’s presence in the Asia Pacific region. Geok Cheng is a graduate of the National University of Singapore with a B.Sc. in Pharmacy.
Philip Suradejvibul - General Manager, Summit Corporation Overseas Limited
Thailand
Mr. Suradejvibul joined the Summit family in 2012. He brings extensive sales and marketing expertise to our Thailand operation, with industry experience ranging from semiconductors to consumer goods. Prior to joining US Summit, he was employed by Henkel (Thailand) Schwarzkopf Professional Division. Philip is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Business Administration.
Teik Soon Oh - General Manager, Summit Chemical Company
Thailand
Mr. Oh joined the US Summit Thailand consumer/healthcare division in 2013 as an Executive Director and took over the position of General Manager of the Chemical division in 2015. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of the LPGas division of Summit in Malaysia where he had served since 1983. He has an MBA degree and a professional qualification in Accounting & Finance.
